Wedding Ceremony, St Ethelburga’s Centre for Peace and Reconciliation, London

This Italian-Punjabi couple enjoyed a ceremony full of symbolism and participation.  Complete with a friend playing the bride up the aisle to a piano piece, and family members exchanging traditional gold and white Milni garlands with each other. Written speeches from close friends and an elaborate handfasting with customary red coloured ribbons, made the day colourful and personal.  And there was a delightful surprise for their guests, when the couple’s excited dog, guest starred as their ring bearer.

Wishing them both a long journey of love and commitment together
